HOW DO WE OPERATE?

Every three years, the CCBA Board reviews its Strategic Plan to help shape and prioritise its work programme.

The Strategic Plan is developed in partnership with its members and strategic stakeholders. The plan reflects the opportunities, challenges, and aspirations of Christchurch's central city community.
